Hotel it is in the city center (quiet place), so it was very convenient for me and my daughter. Everything accessible on foot! 👍 The staff was friendly and always helped us. I was alone with my daughter, so I welcomed all the information for me. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality And for feeling safe in your hotel. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends!!!♥️.

I originally booked another hotel for a similar price and expected it to be like in the pictures (it was not) and was met with a tricky situation, looking for an affordable hotel in amsterdam. Luckily ITC popped up on booking and i was so happy to find something in such a quick pinch for such an amazing price. It was for 3 adults for one night and not only were the staff very helpful with getting our room set up so fast, the room was clean and bright and very worth the price. The only downside was the lack of AC on such a hot day but in every other regard it was extremely worth it and right in the centre

The bed was comfortable, but they only give you one small pillow each, we asked for another 2 and they only gave us 1. The shower was great and the location was okay

Greeted by a very welcoming man on reception, very friendly and helpful. No problem checking in or out. Clean room, little window for fresh air, clean toilet and bathroom. Perfect location. Don’t expect the world, but definitely a little hidden gem within Amsterdam. Used this hotel as a place to sleep, It really served its purpose very well. Would definitely recommend.

It is extremely well located in one of Amsterdam's most charming "Grachts" (water canals). It is equidistant from Centrum and the museums' park. Our room was a front room with a window to the canal in a building on the other side of the street.

The location was very nice, near the center and with a nice view from the outside. It was a nice room for the price we paid, and the bathroom was good. The weather was nice the day I went and I could open the window to have a lot of fresh air. Even on a busy street, the room was very silent.

I needed to book this hotel on very short notice and this hotel and was very surprised at the condition of the hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay and we never had any problems during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was incredible and you are greeted by the beautiful Amsterdam canals as soon as you step out.

Great location. Excellent room for the money. Thought I was staying in the main hotel, but I was actually in a building around the corner which was more like a private old Dutch style house. The Owner who checked me in was a nice man and upgraded my room to a double as I'd mistakenly booked a single for only €15 a night. Definitely recommend Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel with nice staff!) We really liked our stay there, beds are very comfortable, what was very important after a long day walk) A little bit far from the centre, but the price was cool, so it doesn’t matter a lot) The most delicious coffee in the city in lobby ) I really advise to stay here )

The place and room were quiet, clean, & cosy. It had a good wifi connection, entertainment (TV) was fully functional and user-friendly, and I was particularly impressed with the good hygiene and cleanliness of the shared shower and toilet. The staff were helpful, (We didn't have a compatible plug socket for our trip initally, however the staff were happy to lend us one until the end of our trip). The hotel itself is situated near the town, being around a 10-15 min walk to the main shopping area of Amsterdam, with optional transport to get there instead via the tram close by. Overall, the ITC hotel is a great spot to stay if you're looking for accommodations in Amsterdam.
